About GW Coupon Code
GW Coupon Code will be found in every issue of GameWeekly. The Coupon Code will be valid for 7 days from the day of published (Friday) till the end of the 7th day. (the midnight of Thursday). Members just need to input the code when they check out then he/she can get the preconfiguration discount ( except some items that are not eligible to use the coupon code). The discount rate will be changed from time to time and will be revealed in Gameweekly. 


Fill in the code or points at the top left corner and then click the ✓  symbol,  then the system will do the discount calculation. 

About the usage of Gold and Silver Points
Everytime you purchased in Gwanna, you can get the corresponding amount of Gold and Silver Points. The anount of Points will be varied proportionally with the checkout total amount and the rate will be chnaged from time to time. Users can review the amount of Points through the page of  "My Coin" under the account. 
The Use of Gold Points : The value of Gold points wiill be valid for one year counting from the month you get.  One point equal to HK$1.00. Uers can use any amount of Gold points they want when checkout. 
The Use of Silver Points : Silver points wiill also be valid for one year counting from the month you get.  There is no monetary value but it can be used to redeem the Game Premium, GameWeekly items, as well as used as entrance fee for entering Gameweekly and Gwanna's activities. One point equal to HK$1.00. Uers can use any amount of Gold points they want when checkout. 
* some redemmable items may need ac combination of Gold and Silver Points.

About some items not eligible to use GW Coupon
Due to the tight margin or the instructions from the vendors, some items may not eligible to use the GW Coupon Code. In this case, remarks of GW Coupon unuseable will be shown in the product info at the  right hand side. Please note before you purchase.  In addition, second reminder will be shown when you check out. 

About the Payment Methods
Gwanna offers 3 different ways of payment, include credit card, paypal and also bank transfer. Please be reminded that the former two indue extra 3% bank charges while the last one, Bank Transfer, has no any handling charges. 
Direct Bank Transfer:
Members can use either FPS, online bank transfer, ATM transfer or even teller transfer to complete the process. All the bank transfer payment must be done within 24 hours or your items can not be secured  or your order will be cancelled due to the shortage of stock. 

Email Confirmation and "My Order" History
After placing an order, users will receive a confirmation email ( possibly in trash box) and also am Order details will be shown in the history of "My Orders" section under the user name. In your order, there are 5 different status, include: 
Pending - awaiting for the user to complete the bank transfer process
Refunded - For some reasons, Gwanna has refunded tio the buyer
Cancelled - The order has been cancelled
Paid - Gwanna has acknowledged to receive the payment
Delivery - Gwanna handed over to SF and tracking number will be shown

    
 

About the delivery
Gwanna employed SF Express as its delivery agent. The delivery charges, if any, will be paid by the receipt on "freight on arrival" basic. 
So far, Gwanna offering 4 kinds of delivery:
1) Pick Up from SF Lockers
2)Pick Up from SF partnerred convenience stores
3)SF door to door  
4)Pick Up from GWanna Warehouse ( No delivery fee)

 

About the arrival time
For Pre-Order items:
Counting from the official release date, Gwanna will try best to handover the item to SF Express within 2 working days. At the same time, the order status will be updated with the SF tracking code.  
For Released Items :
Gwanna will try best to handover the item to SF Express within 5 working days. At the same time, the order status will be updated with the SF tracking code.  

Check the Delivery status
Members can view the delivery status by clicking the " Delivered" Button where the SF tracking code will be shown.

       

About Return and Refund
When the below case happen, Gwanna will perform the refund:
1)Shortage of stock
Gwanna will try best to fulfill each order. However, they are always unepxpected problems happen to the vendor side. Under this situation, Order Cutting will be inevitablty happened. If byers are not willing to wait then we will refund to those affected buyers without any surcharges. 
2)Items received is different with the order
if the item received is different to the order, then buyer can request a full amount refund without any surcharges.
